Rikolto, an international network organization with over 50 years of experience partnering with food chain stakeholders, is seeking consultants to conduct an endline survey for the BICHOBS project.
This project, implemented from 2020 to 2024 in the Southern Highlands (Iringa, Katavi, Njombe, Mbeya, and Songwe regions), aims to improve the competitiveness of the horticulture sector, focusing on smallholder farmers and value chain actors in the horticulture, rice, and cocoa value chains.
The project seeks to enhance access to sustainable Business Development Services (BDS), increase profitability for farmers and traders, improve sector governance, and promote nutrition-sensitive practices, especially for women and youth. The consultant will evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the project, using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Key activities include desk reviews, individual interviews, focus group discussions, and data analysis.
