POSITION: Ice Cream Sales Professional

REPORT TO: Sales and Marketing Manager

LOCATION: Shinyanga, Tanzania

JOB SUMMARY

Are you an experienced and passionate sales professional with a love for all things ice cream.We're looking for a dedicated Ice Cream Sales Specialist to join our team and bring smiles to our customers with the perfect sweet treat.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales of premium ice cream products to retailers, wholesalers, and individual customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
• Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage or frozen dessert industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of ice cream or related products is an added advantage.
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

QUALIFICATION

• Holder of Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or any related field.
